The following is a list of Managed Care Networks and insurance plans for which the doctors of Central Texas Spine Institute are participants.  This list is constantly being updated, so please call our office at 512 795-2225 to verify current participation when scheduling an appointment.  Also, please check the provider directory provided by your employer or health plan.  If a referral is required from your Primary Care Physician (PCP), please obtain that referral and authorization number prior to your visit to our office.  Most HMOs require a PCP referral to see a specialist.  It is your responsibility to know the requirements of your health plan.  Many Managed Care Plans also require that you obtain X-rays from a contracted radiology provider and braces or other types of durable medical equipment (DME) from contracted providers.  It is important to know the requirements of your insurance plan in order to obtain the most efficient service from the Central Texas Spine Institute.

 

Please note that effective March 1, 2010, we are no longer providers for the Humana Medicare replacement plan.
