The main office of CTSI is conveniently located in North Austin near
MoPac and Far West Boulevard in Austin Surgical Plaza across the street from
Austin Regional Clinic. The building,
in addition to the offices of CTSI, houses a surgical hospital (Northwest
Hills Surgical Hospital), outpatient physical therapy (Select Physical
Therapy) and a diagnostic imaging center (Austin Radiological Association)
for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Computerized Tomography (CT) and
other imaging modalities.
Our fellowship-trained doctors offer treatment for degenerative
conditions of the spine as well as adult scoliosis. Our surgeons
utilize the very latest minimally invasive surgical techniques to minimize
recovery times and allow you to get back to enjoying life as quickly as

Austin Surgical Plaza offers free, ground-level parking with a large,
covered drive-thru for patient convenience during inclement weather.
